I’ve just have a baby, is this safe for me?
Yes! Provided you are 12 weeks postpartum. Why 12 weeks? To give you’re self to proper time to heal and settle into your new life.
Do you need to be flexible? I haven’t done Yoga or Pilates before..
Nope! This course is suitable for all levels. No experience required.
How long does it take?
The course runs for 4 weeks, there is a new video for every week. I recommend completing 1 video a day, repeating it a maximum of 3 times. If you need a day off, take a day off. Make a start today.
I don’t have abdominal separation, is there any point doing this?
Of course! Do you have any lower back pain, or maybe poor posture? Or maybe you just want to strengthen your core? Or maybe be able to run and jump without wetting your pants.. yes trust me, it’s all related!
